Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sage Assistance, we are committed to delivering reliable software and services that help your business grow. We understand you have choices, and we truly appreciate your trust in us. This policy explains how we handle refunds if we fall short of your expectations.
Monthly Subscriptions
If at any time during your first month of using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve your concern, provide an alternative solution, or share a timeline for a fix that meets your needs. If you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan associated with that service.
Annual Subscriptions
At Sage Assistance, we do not require annual subscriptions to use our services. However, customers who choose an annual plan receive a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan. If within the first 45 days of your subscription you are not satisfied, please reach out to us. We will work to address your issue promptly. If a suitable resolution cannot be reached, we will provide a refund and downgrade your account to the free plan.
Ongoing Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy throughout your entire subscription period, not just the initial refund window. If, at any time, Sage Assistance removes, changes, or discontinues functionality that existed when you subscribed, please notify us immediately. If we are unable to restore or replace that functionality to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining duration of your contract.
Auto-Renewal Policy
For your convenience, both monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Prior to renewal, you will receive an email notification specifying the renewal amount to be charged. After each renewal, we will send a receipt with details of the payment, renewal date, and upcoming renewal amount.
If you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal, you can still contact us within five business days after the renewal date to request a refund and cancellation.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds (full or pro-rated) will not be issued if your access to Sage Assistance services has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
